How does honestbee refund charges for out of stock items?

Your card is only charged after you receive your delivery. If an item is out of stock, your receipt is adjusted before we make any deductions.

Pop-up stores (E.g. Mother’s Day store, CNY store, etc.) are an exception. We charge your card when the order is placed. It takes 3 - 10 working days for the refund to be reflected in your account.
