I am unsure if my order has been processed. How do I check?

When your order is processed successfully, you will receive a confirmation email. Make sure you’ve added concierge@honestbee.hk to your safe senders list. Occasionally emails end up in the junk/spam folder. Please take a look there if it wasn't directly sent to your inbox.

Alternatively, you can check "Your Orders". If there’s a pending order showing, your order has been submitted successfully. If not, we haven’t received it.
