What if I am not at home to receive my order?
It is understandable that there will be times when you are unable to be at home to accept your order, in these circumstances, our delivery bees may leave your order at your doorstep or left with your reception/building security.
If you do not want your orders to be left at the doorstep or with your reception/building security, please let us know by reaching out to our Support team or leaving a remark in your delivery instructions. We will do our best to reschedule your delivery if our delivery bee has arrived at your location and are unable to reach out to you.
Please note a redelivery fee of $90 will be added to your order when a reschedule is required due to you not being at home. Perishables such as meat and frozen food are non-refundable and will be charged to you. This is because, in accordance with Food Safety Standards, we need to dispose of the items that are not refundable on your order.
