When will I get my grocery order confirmation and my final receipt?
We will send you the order confirmation immediately after you have placed an order. Occasionally emails end up in the junk/spam folder. Please take a look there if it wasn't directly sent to your inbox.
Otherwise, you can refer to your "Orders" to see if an order is made.
Occasionally, there might be a delay. However, rest assured, you will get your final receipt within 48 hours of delivery.
If you did not receive your bill after 48 hours or have further questions, please contact us and we will make things right for you.
